    Quality check against the approved set. Keys follow the drawing, not a last-minute substitute.

Urban Luksus is a Ludhiana studio for architecture, interiors and construction. Plot, city and brief are locked before a wall is drawn. What you approve on the sheet is what you receive on handover.

Conceptual design for review — municipal sanction still needs a licensed architect. We do not invent the city.
