Urban Luksus is a Ludhiana studio for architecture, interiors and construction. Plot, city and brief are locked before a wall is drawn. What you approve on the sheet is what you receive on handover.
Conceptual design for review — municipal sanction still needs a licensed architect. We do not invent the city.
The studio sits in Ludhiana and works across Punjab and NCR. Homeowners come with a plot; commercial clients come with a street and a programme. Both are asked for the same things first: city, dimensions, budget band, and what must be true on handover.
We do not publish invented years-in-business, project counts, or testimonials. The drawing is the claim.
