Four lines of work, one rule: the plot and the city lock the drawing, and execution stays on that set.

Finishes are chosen for how they age in Punjab light and use, not only for the first evening.

Boutique hospitality and banquet work, design through keys-in-hand. Street elevation, lobby, rooms and assembly — one set.

Front-of-house and back-of-house are locked before fit-out starts.

Civil, services and joinery on a tracked timeline. The approved drawings remain the contract with the site.
Civil, services, joinery and snagging run against the approved set.
A change on site is a change on the sheet. We do not ‘adjust’ in concrete what was refused on paper.
