Drawings, models, patterns, photographs and this site are the property of Urban Luksus unless a written instrument says otherwise.

Design model

The design model is reserved in all patterns, ways and types — plans, elevations, sections, interiors, joinery, lighting, façade language, and any derivation prepared from an Urban Luksus set. Approval of a drawing for construction does not assign copyright.

How to start

Send city, plot size (or shell), what you want built, and a few photographs on WhatsApp +91 98888 80141 — or use the enquiry form. We reply with the next step: plot visit, drawings, interiors, construction, or a decline. Rates after a visit.

Use of this site

Text and layout on www.urbanluksus.com may not be copied as a template, scraped as a catalogue, or reproduced as another firm’s work. Photographs of built work are published as project stills, not as stock. Interior design visuals remain Urban Luksus work; they are not permission to build without a signed set.

Third parties

Contractors, photographers and consultants retain rights in their own instruments. Where Urban Luksus publishes a still, it does so with the right to show the work; it does not grant a licence to reuse that still.
