Drawings, models, patterns, photographs and this site are the property of Urban Luksus unless a written instrument says otherwise.
Design model
The design model is reserved in all patterns, ways and types — plans, elevations, sections, interiors, joinery, lighting, façade language, and any derivation prepared from an Urban Luksus set. Approval of a drawing for construction does not assign copyright.
Use of this site
Text and layout on www.urbanluksus.com may not be copied as a template, scraped as a catalogue, or reproduced as another studio’s work. Project stills are published as evidence of a commission, not as stock.
Third parties
Contractors, photographers and consultants retain rights in their own instruments. Where Urban Luksus publishes a still, it does so with the right to show the work; it does not grant a licence to reuse that still.
