What do you need from me?
City, plot size or a measured shell, what you want built (villa, interior, hotel, hall, office, shop), and a budget band. Photographs of the site help. We do not start a drawing from a mood board alone.
Where do you work?
The studio is in Ludhiana. We work in Ludhiana, Mohali, Chandigarh, Jalandhar and Gurugram. Other cities only if the brief is clear and the plot can be read honestly.
How long does a project take?
It depends on plot, sanction, programme and how quickly decisions return. A villa set, a hotel, and a shop fit-out are not the same clock. We will not put a fake number of weeks on this page.
What does it cost?
Fees follow the brief and the drawings — not a public rate card. Send a budget band with the enquiry. We do not publish invented per-square-foot prices.
What does turnkey mean here?
Design through construction against the approved set: civil, services, joinery and snagging. It does not mean unlimited extras, and it does not skip municipal sanction.
Who signs municipal drawings?
Conceptual design is for review. Sanction still needs a licensed architect. Urban Luksus does not invent the city or impersonate that licence.
Can you do interiors or renovation only?
Yes. Interiors, commercial fit-out and remodelling are offered on their own when the shell or house already exists. The same rule applies: the drawing holds.
